Creating Sustainable Change offers support and guidance in nutrition and health and offers a range of services to help you find what is right for your gut, mind and body.


After observing behavioural spikes in her son at a young age, Katrina actively sought to make informed decisions on the food choices for her family and became increasingly concerned at the lack of knowledge in the wider community surrounding food, nutrition and health and its impact on the consumer both physically and mentally.


Using her background in education, Katrina has become a certified Nutrition Consultant and upon completion of her GAPS Coach certification can provide one-on-one health and nutrition consultations as well as providing support to GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) clients in their own home with application of the diet, recipes, and cooking as well as assisting with strategies and resources for fussy eaters.


Katrina is passionate about taking time to assist people in tackling their health concerns, implementing effective change and creating a sustainable lifestyle for each individual client.
